Can't find the dang things anywhere and am stuck with the ones that came with the 332. I DO have some Mullard 8100s thank goodness but am stumped about the larger tubes. Please help me find some!

Tried all my previous sources already.

Thanks

I'd buy 2 off of you if you bought one of those

And I bet others would buy some off you too, they are popular for LDII++ users.

V=B in russian

Count me in for 2 as well if you take the plunge and sell off the extras. I hate it when they sell the tubes I want in such large quantities.

If you do buy them off ebay, I'd go with the top one in my link above. I believe those are Sylvanias which many say are better than the ones made by Ulyvanosk which I believe the other two are. (Not sure about the middle one, bottom definetely is.)

Got them. Now we wait a month for them to get here lol. I just hope my crappy chinese tubes last that long.

I have seen one source indicate that a 6AH4GT is equivalent to the 6C19P (which is for sure equivalent to the 6S19P). If that is true, you get some really nice NOS options, like GE, RCA, Sylvania, easily available on EBay.

Can anyone confirm this compatibility? It's a little beyond my knowledge.

Here is the site that makes me think they may be equivalent:

http://www.conusaudio.com/vacuum_tubes_by_number.htm

And here are the datasheets for the tubes:

http://www.mif.pg.gda.pl/homepages/f...7/6/6AH4GT.pdf
http://www.mif.pg.gda.pl/homepages/f...13/6/6S19P.pdf

Anyone?

The 6AH4GT is an octal base tube ..... so they will not be compatible.

Thanks. Bummer though. I guess Russian tubes are the only alternative here.

Thanks for the correction. Some tubes are tough to find information on and if you buy them on Ebay you usually own them without being able to return them.

Not sure what factory made them but they look great. The stamp says OTK 72 whatever that means. The 6S19P-B is there too in russian.

Price is $12 per pair shipped conus

How can you tell which ones are Sylvanias? Is it with the blue diamond on the tube?

Ulyvanosk is what we think they are atm. They appear to be very well made though with better, brass or gold plated pins which shine as opposed to the chinese tubes.

The horizontal diamond logo is the logo of older NOS Reflector's made in the Saratov factory.

Don't know whether this is the horizontal diamond logo, or not.

But... what difference does it make?

There are a lot of the Ulyanovsk tubes available in military grade - which reportedly are the second best sounding tubes - just buy some of those.

I just now bought these tubes off ebay, after deciding after for a while and skimming through various posts here.

ebay link

What's worrying me is how on the bottom of the page it had the quantity option of how much of the item you want. The listing title says "Lot of 4 pieces", so am I getting all 4 tubes, or am I just getting one? I'm gonna contact the seller as well, but I'm afraid he won't respond immediately, so I ask for anyone's opinion here.
