I need help amp/dac combo for dt 990 250 ohm

After some research, i am considering buying schiit magni heresy/modi 3+ and dt 990.
i am gaming/music oriented, my budget is 300 euro for amp/dac combo

is it good idea?
is it enough power for this headphones?

That should work perfectly. Also , Schiit has a Asgard 3 with a 4490 dac module in the close out section for $279. Takes you down to a one box solution. You don't need to spend money on rca cables. Lol
