Ok, here are the details:

Source: Laptop. Intel HD audio
Headphone I have: KOSS ksc75. I like the sound. very nice and balanced. Considering the price, its the best at its class.
what i listen to: POP, Alternative rock. And some HD movies

What I want: I want something with more punch. Again, ksc75 has good BASS but I want more punch..

Headphone i'm considering: JVC HANC 250. I was reading its as good as Bose Q3
I do not wanna use amp BTW.
One more question: Do you guys think Creative X-fi expresscard sound card would help to get better sound?

on a laptop, i dnt think it is possible to change the card. and even if it is, it will prob be quite expensive. before the headphones, make sure you have lossless music. some you may consider are the alessandro ms1, grado sr60/80, akg 240 (i dnt know us price, but should be quite near 100) goldring dr 150 (again unsure about price) and also look at the sennheisers. the 555/595 might be in the range.

You can always get a USB DAC/Amp combo...which will bypass your sound card pretty much.

If you want more bass, try the PX100s, which are pretty bassey to my ears.

The KSC75 blows the Bose away. And i agree with the Grado SR80 suggestion.
If you like a punchy on stage sound, the Grados are great.

it might be...what are program are you using to listen to music, what format is the music in?

Remember the headphone is only going to sound great when everything along the line is great. You source isnt great, so i wouldnt expect much from on board laptop sound.

Now if you were to get a USB DAC/Amp...like a alien dac setup, which is not to expensive. You can bypass that awful on board soundcard for a much better DAC.

Check out a Total Bithead from Headroom...they in the 150$ range brand new, or maybe pick one up on the for sale forums here for a good price. Headroom gear is pretty sweet stuff to. Very well made and the companies CS is awesome. Tyyl is a great guy, met him last year at the last big florida meet. I will also be seeing him this weekend as we both attending Can Jam 08.....hopefully going to spend some time listening to his balanced setup.
