I need close headphones which have deep cups and would have my ears comfortably sit in them without even the slightest pressure on or around them. I intend to use this with my laptop and sometimes with other portable gear. On-ear or semi on-ear headphones (SRH440, 840, V6/7506, DT250, etc) are not an option for me. 
 
Price is flexible but I prefer less than $200. I prefer neutral sound signature, or dark. I don't like bright headphones.
 
Is there anything out there?

The Shure SRH1540 seems to fit the bill, but your budget would need to be very flexible for that.

Thanks. Shure SRH1540 looks like a great headphone but it's very expensive, indeed. I just thought close headphones generally weren't expensive, that's why I thought the $200 preference should cover most, if not all. 
 
Hope there's something cheaper.

There is also the much cheaper Gemini HSR1000, but I'm not sure about the ear cup size. I can only judge from the pictures and it seems quite good.

Very Beyer-like... I'll try and find out if most ears can fit in those pads. Looks like a nice cheap alternative.
