I think you should look very seriously into the Creative Aurvana Live! It's a pretty great sounding and comfy little headphone that you can get for $80. I think it sounded better (all things considered) than the UE6000 for my tastes. The UE6000 sounds slow in comparison, and I much prefer the treble presence of the CAL. The m30 are actually much more balanced than the m50s. You'd be surprised

The M30 was the headphone that got me into this stuff. It's a great example of value. I actually think it could be better than the M50 for general listening.

True true. I personally recommend looking on eBay. I found an amazing deal on one and I got it for only $40 + $10 shipping. The LE version too!
