No reason to be too pessimistic. Of course Lou is going to post right away, no harm in spreading some early love - he won't be the only one this time too I bet, you'll see alot of "OMG MY HF-1 IS HERE!" followed by 1 second impressions
the true test is if the HF-1 will be the first can to pass the 10-day test - will Lou send it back to Todd? Will he post it here for a reasonable resale price that the lucky buyer will appreciate? That's the charm of members like Lou on head-fi, without whom this place would lose a bit of its character
