So, I was out buying a graduation present for a friend. (His party is tomorrow.

I went over to best buy, and checked out the cd player section. I couldn't help looking at the headphones. WHAT? What is THIS? SENNHEISER? HD570s!!!!??? HERE?

The last time I saw them was in Germany over the summer! So, best buy HAS SENNHEISER. Now, they may not be the best, but STILL. What's next? Grados at walmart?

Sennheiser is kinda of main stream like that. Here, Best Buy, Circuit City and Fry's all have the 570s and some of the 4xx headphones.

I go to Best Buy all the time, probably once a week on average. Best Buy used to never have Sennheiser. I was surprised when I first saw them there.

True. But best buy has some of the most atrocius protable cd players I have ever audiotioned. I bought 3 sony portables and they all shared the same problem. They all sounded like crap esp with bass boost. With bass on full it sounded like a cheap sony walkman circa 1992. Does anyone know if best buy sells the Denon DCM 370?

Those HD570s at best buy were the first time I've seen Sennheisers for SALE in the US.

Lol, makes me luckey to live near a hifi shop which carries the grado and sennheiser lines. Lol, they even slash 20% off the list price for open box or demo items.

I'm just up the road a little north of you and was wondering which shop your talking about? Senns are easy to find but the Grados are a little tougher.
