The foam tips which I was planning on using are too large. I get a better seal with the smallest pair of flanged eartips. I'd like to use foam though because I know it has potential of a better seal. Can anyone link me to some nice cheap small foam eartips?

Well, all but the cheap part. I would suggest the Comply sleeves in the "slim" size. They're what I wear, and they're what I fitted on a friend's ER-6i who, like you, gets a good seal and comfort with the smallest biflanges.

The Shure black "olive" foams are also deservedly popular but IMO even the smallest size is too big for small ear canals. (This is not really surprising as Shures are designed to seal at the entrance to the ear canal rather than deep inside like the Etys.)

Actually, the Std Comply's are smaller than the Ety urathanes, and the Slim Comply's are smaller yet.
There is a odd thing about o.p. post. If the orig. Ety's are too big - you would definitely be getting a very good seal. But, the large sizing of them would be a little uncomfortable - a feeling of being definitely overfull.....and you certainly could not expect, there, to achieve a good seal with small biflanges or triflanges.
Also, be aware that some people have different-sized earcanals and may take one kind of foamy for one ear, and another for the other ear.

For me with the foam the potential isn't there. And as Bush said if you are rolling up the foam ones and inserting, they may be too large, but the seal should be there. If its not, and you get a good seal with the smaller ones, and he sound is good for you then the small just may be your cup of tea.
