Total chaos!
One lady even tried to charge her cell phone battery while in line.

Yeah I saw that on the news, it was nuts. Some person actually drove into the crowd . . . but cmon, $50 for an old lappy? Hell I don't know to use a mac and I'd still whoop some arse for one.

Amazing what people will do for a computer that will actually work more often than not

(this from someone whose Windows system at work was down for much of the previous two days because of the most recent virus).

$50 is a steal for a used iBook. Though I wouldn't stomp on any faces just to get one...

Yeah but they're 4 years old.

I thought this was funny:

Blandine Alexander, 33, said one woman standing in front of her was so desperate to retain her place in line that she urinated on herself.

I do! As long as I can watch movies and music videos on it, it'd be worth the chaos!

Cmon, $300+ for a used lappy from ebay or some s**t is quite a big chunk of dough . . .

okay, I wouldn't go that far. Fighting through a crowd, I might do. No weapons or vehicles though!

Nope,
Generally, us Type A personalities don't have the time or patience to be pissed at machine, so we buy the one that makes life easier

This behavior is totally unacceptable. I'm all about "whooping some behind" in the ring/mat, but to get into it with a bunch of potential iBook owners is asinine.

You come with the intentions to purchase a laptop and leave in handcuffs with assault charges to match. Somebody could've been killed (you know those fragile people that are already on their last leg; you bump into them and they suffer a massive heart attack).

This is pretty sad when you think about it. Those people are nothing but cattle. Hopefully, headiers wouldn’t be caught in such a debacle!
