Sorry. I'm referring to the two right DX buttons DX down DX up that are non functional
I saw this when the USB input of the HMS lost sync with the Innuos Phoenix' USB output after turning kit off and on in the wrong order. This loss of USB sync also gave horrendous, clanging, metallic distortion into the TT 2 - completely unlistenable.

In my case, power-cycling the Phoenix fixed it - thanks to Chord UK support for the explanation and solution.

HTH,
Hugh

I contacted CHORD and this was the reply about the DX up and DX down buttons:
Dear Sir, thanks for your email.
The DX lights are for a function not yet enabled on the Mscaler. They follow a different function to the input and output lights. You can turn them off by pressing the DX-OP light until it goes out. The OP light will re light a few seconds later.
All the best

Hey thanks Icenine2. My only sister Ada really is a saint. She passed away last March, and this past Monday February the 22nd would have been her 63rd birthday. I really miss her a lot.

He’s becoming a tough act to follow...nice axe as they say...
Gadget67, in all honesty, it’s all an act. 😊 I’m better at listening to music than I am at playing it.

Likewise! I have a Martin D-35 from 1965...I enjoy pretending I can play. Don’t ever sell yours!
Nice! I have a Martin HD28V, which keeps getting better as it ages, unlike myself. I do have a hankering for a Marquis or Authentic at some point...
