I was snooping around the Omega website and stumbled on this new USB DAC/AMP they're offering. I used to own the Claro+ card before it was made antiquated by my motherboard, but it was nice from what I remember...

I saw this recently too but haven't tried it (did try a faulty eClaro card several years ago though).
 
It does have a CS4398 dac chip (according to the online manual).
