It's a CMoy. Found it on eBay. 50$ (incl. shipping to ISRAEL)

I dunno what headphone i'll use but I want to buy the Amp first. (maybe SR80 or PX100 or PORTAPRO)

None of those headphones really need an amp. If the amp is not designed to drive low impedance headphones, it won't be too good for you. That's the problem I had with every portable amp I bought. They were too powerful to drive my portable headphones. The volume goes from no sound to too loud with nothing in between.
