I was drilling holes onto a pcb and foolishly lifted and destroyed a lead for one of the capacitors. Is there any effective way to repair the lead?

nevermind. I just routed a short piece of wire to the intended destination.

You can use a conductive silver pen to draw a trace. You can use conductive silver epoxy to make a trace. You could epoxy the trace back down to the board if you have a delicate touch. Superglue might work, but I'm not sure if it will tolerate the heat of soldering.
