How to wire this pot and audio jack?

With a major fustrating search on this forum I cannot find specific instructions(pin #<> to what) on how to wire pot and jack.

Anyone can help this cmoy noob out hehe?

"C" and "E" are auxiliary switched inputs.
Say you want a pair of RCA jacks as an alternate input. Wire the positive terminals from those jacks to the "C" and "E" terminals on the minijack and you have one. There is one catch though.... when something is plugged into the minijack the RCA jacks are turned off.

The right left and ground wires depicted on the left side of the picture connect to the input of the amp.

Thanks MisterX I figured this out only minutes ago on my own, and I felt like such an idiot. At first in my mind i had the pot's r and l in's coming from the input jack...and that the pot's outs went directly to the ouput jacks left and rights. You can only imagined how baffled i was to understand how this connected to the amp, but then it clicked in my brain lol...
