They are a little lose, and while not too bad, I would rather have them fit tighter so its not on my mind.

What IEM? do you mean the cable pins which connect to the earphone ports? If they are loose, I think it is better to replace the cable than to try to drive them further into the cable seating. Good luck.

yes, you have a few options

• toe the connector pins inwards or outwards (I find inwards works better)

• tin the outside of the pin with a soldering iron

• get an aftermarket cable with thicker pins

Thanks a lot for the tip with the soldering iron.
Make sure to put only a very very thin coating on the pins (not so easy).
Then smooth everything with a sand paper until they fit smoothly into the socket. Don't apply any force.
