Hi, I just bought this headphone cable for repairs:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/5-M...3b85-400a-8240-f750cabd2901&priceBeautifyAB=0

I repair a lot of headphones, most of them kind of cheap, but it's totally worth it. One thing I was always missing is a good headphone cable I can use to replace the cables that are in a bad condition. I discovered that cable in Aliexpress and bought it. Now that I have it, I'm facing a very obvious problem: the split.

Most headphones have 1 cable or 2 stuck cables and next to the headphones end they split. Well, my cable has 4 cores (4 actual copper cables inside the plastic cable). What can I do?

What a fail...

Maybe I'm missing something here, but you can cut and strip roughly 20" off one end of the black jacket of the cable, make two twisted pairs from the exposed wire, then use a twisted pair for each driver.

But that would left exposed the copper wires, that would be really bad. You see all headphones with the black cover/jacket cable from the plug to each headphone, you never see the tint bear/raw wires anywhere.
