I have a Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 that I have been using it for about a year for digital recording, midi tracking and listening.
I am getting a couple balanced headphone amplifiers/headphones and don't want to waste the balanced aspect farther back in the line, which has sent me off searching for a good balanced DAC.
I am currently looking at the Hegel HD25.
Is there any problem with using the SPDIF out from the 6i6 and wiring that into the coaxial in on the HD25? Any issues with latency or bandwidth?
