How do I go about opening it up so i can mess with the jumpers?

There's access holes on the bottom. Just use long needle nose pliers. From the experience of others you don't want to open it up unless you have a lot of patience. Apparently its a very tight fit and you could have some problems getting it back into the case.

Ok thanks! I put the jumpers towards the 1 and 2 postions.....away from the "on" postion
