How to get a hold of JVC japan to fix earphones?

I bought some JVC FXD80 earphones from a member on here not too long ago, I used them for probably 3 days before the left earphone went out. I contacted the customer service department for america but they told me they couldnt do anything about it since it is a japanese product, they couldn't even contact them for me or tell me how. Is there anyway I can get these earphones repaired? I contacted the seller which I got the earphones from, he got them from someone else, and that person hasn't responded yet about the dealer from which he go his earphones from. If I had that information I wouldve contacted the dealer.

Sounds like time to toss the JVCs and buy something else.

You could open them up and try to repair them yourself.
