Is there another way to contact Focal over the internet?

I tried their website form, but it keeps giving an error message

"You must check, I am not a robot"

There's no button or check that says that

Does Focal have a rep that visits this site?

Or could one of the Head fi admins let Focal know that their contact us form is broken?

By phone maybe? Or try a distributor/dealer in your country.

@FocalOfficial is a rep here. I tried contacting person myself a few months ago without a reply..

What's up with Focal service? I tried entering a ticket on their website, calling, writing to their US rep, no answer on anything.
Very discouraging for any future purchases from them.
