The diamond is shot on my Clearaudio Aurum Beta-S cartridge. I think it's around $250 for a new diamond - money I don't have to spend. I'm broke and frankly and just need to try and scrape up the cash for cheaper cartridge. So I thought maybe I might be able to turn this Clearaudio into at least a little cash. I've heard you can use these Clearaudio cartridges as trade-ins. My thought is that someone might buy mine with the bad diamond to apply towards a trade-in. Anyone have any idea what I might ask on Audiogon for my Aurum Beta-S? Fifty bucks?
