I have actually lost count, so I was just curious.

Oh oh, if I get mine together I gotta take a photo.

Not that many actually it seems manufacturer are becoming cheaper now and sell their headphone without them most of the time.

4 laying on my desk. How many 6.3mm to 3.5 mm adapters to people have? Probably fewer, methinks.

I have probably 30. But I have even more XLR-6.3mm adapters. And RCA-6.3mm's too.

I have a 5 gallon plastic bin that's just filled with all kinds of various adapters that I need to organize. The thing weighs like 100 pounds.

I only have the one that came with my AD900 headphones. I have ordered parts to build a 6.3 -> 3.5 soon, in anticipation of ordering an Sr225 later

So I only have one, but I've paid for two. I'm rather surprised people have so many, I thought most of the higher-end headphones came with 6.3 mm standard.

At least 10. Some of which are generic light weight ones, a couple of heavier Grado supplied ones and a nice one with a recess for when you use the slim jack sleeves on portable phones and IEM's

got about 6 of them in collection now. 4 out of 6 are of screw-on variety while the two others are ones you just click on. My NuForce HDP purchase included a very solidly built one actually, so I use that for anything I need the adaptor for.

most of mine were actually so that people could plug their iPods into the sound board at the club I was working at, which obviously didn't accept 3.5mm cables. I think I only have 3 or 4 that came from headphones.

Yes, that makes sense, fjrabon. My brother has one that is barely larger than the 6.3mm plug. It's pretty solid, I'd say. I used it to test out the headphone out on my parent's stereo when I was visiting.

Of course the screw on one is pretty solid.

now that I remember it, it was actually because all I had was a 1/4" to RCA adapter, so I needed another adapater to make the cable I had for hooking up DAP's work. And then that adapter got lost like 15 times. When we tore down the stand, I found like 15 1/4" -> 3.5mm adapters. Along with all kinds of other stuff. I even found a pair of totally messed up DT770's. I was excited at first, but then I realized they were totally fried and probably 500 gallons of beer had been spilled on them over the years, as they were under the booth's stand, where a drain was situated.
