I emailed them a few days ago and have still not recieved a response... so I figured you guys would probably know roughly how long it takes...

I ordered MX400(or 500's maybe?) a week ago and I just have to know how long it will take to get here

When I ordered pads from them it took three or four days. I think they emailed me a confirmation a few hours after I placed the order. If you haven't gotten a confirmation I would call them. Good luck.
