How long does it take to get a reply from info@alessandro-products.com?

I emailed the Taiwan distributor and already got a prompt reply with a clear answer, yet I'm still waiting to hear from somebody over at Alessandro-products.com.

Hell, I never got a response from them.
But my headphones came in a reasonable amount of time, so I can't really complain.

Yeah, I e-mailed them about a week ago about the MS-2 and they have not responded to date.

I don't know, but let's just say that I, for one, value customer service highly when I choose a product...

the first i sent email inquiring about shipping/payment, they responded quickly like within 12 hours. but on my 2nd email, they did not respond anymore. so i ended up buying the hd-590.

Its a mom and pop shop, i mean look at the website, its got a snappy flash thing going and then its old school basic website that looks like it was done about 5 years ago. I doubt they are paying that much attention to emails unless its an order for something, seems like guitar amps are a priority not headphones.

When I order the ms1s bout a year ago, they responded fairly quick. At most, 2 days. I even asked the guy if I could get bowls instead, and he offered to give me a used pair for a couple bucks. I passed, cause I was broke. Course, back then, alessandro was little-known on the board, quite unlike now.

Well it's an order for something...but before I blindly pay for it I need to know how much it would be for shipping north of the border.

The prices they quote on their web site includes shipping. For example, I bought some MS-1s last month, the cost was $99 shipped to the UK.

If in doubt, you could always phone them. Worked for me

No way...$99 shipped anywhere in the world? That's crazy. Regardless, it would be nice to hear from somebody you will be paying a decent chunk of change.
I guess I'll give 'em a call.

If you want to buy Alessandro headphones go to the Taiwan dealer. It is even cheaper!!!

I got my MS-2 for 212 Euro, including shipping( about 260 Euro at Alessandro website) and they arrived in one week.

Go to www.hifi.com.tw, the page is in Chinese but you can acces an order form in english.

I am also among the ranks of those that never got an e-mail back form them. I would consider ordering form Taiwan but I can't even find the order forms or anything.
