How is the Rio Carbon for sound?

I dont need o carry the weight of the bigger capacity batteries so im looking at the 5GB Rio Carbon. Anyone have one? Any obvious problems with the sound?

Also, im a bit of a bass head, how does it perform in that respect?

I just got back from a 2 week vacation. I took both my transportable setup (Zen Xtra, META42 Portable Amp, ER4S) and my portable setup (Rio Carbon, ER6i, MX400 buds).

The Zen never left my suitcase!! The Carbon with the 6i's was perfect for the flights (3 in all) and sounded excellent. The Buds were used for walking around and they sounded great as well. The 6i's had a nice little bass bump compared to the 4S's.

The Carbon had 1300 songs on it and I didn't hear 1 song twice the whole time.

I gotta say that I absolutely LOVE my carbon. It's the perfect carry along player.
