So my Hinges broke on my Denons which is a very common problem, and you cant get replacement parts anymore so I thought I would share how I fixed them. You will need to order a few cheap parts online, atleast I had to because particularly the small sex bolt is hard to find in stores. You will need 2 of these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01M0RNMQH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (this link is a pack of 100). You will also need 2 of these https://www.boltdepot.com/Product-Details.aspx?product=14316. You need a bottle of red loctite as well but you can find that locally easy. First I removed all the broken hardware so your headphones would look like the picture below.

Next you need a 3/16" drill bit and drill out all 4 holes, the 2 on the headphones and the 2 on the band. I suggest drilling in reverse as it felt like the plastic could have snapped from the teeth grabbing it. I also used the side of the drill bit to bevel the bottom hole (closest to the cup) so that the flathead bolt can sit as flush as possible
once you have the holes drilled out you will insert the hardware.
Apply loctite to the bolt and insert the flush end into the bottom and screw the bolt into the sex bolt.

Also if you dont do a good enough job flushing out the bottom for the flathead the bolt can scratch the band like mine did in the picture
