How do you get music from ripped CD folders onto the jukebox? Currently I convert the files to mp3, copy them to the NKB on mediasource, then label them with artist=composer, album=work. This is time-consuming, and there will be too many albums for each artist when I'm finished - up to 300 depending on how much I can get on the drive.
You can only sort music in two category levels - artist and album?
Any tactics?

Hi,

I use MP3tag

http://www.mp3tag.de/index.html

This fills in all the details of the tracks automaticaly.

As far as Genre is concerned, you can create as many as you like, I've got about 20 currently i.e. Loud, Very Loud, F---ing Perfect, Metal etc.

I use NOTMAD so cannot help with how you create genres in the Creative Software. However, if u use MP3tag, u can change the genre to anything you want, and when you transfer the files, the genre will carry over.

regards

John
