The information that I received, said that there is an owners manual included on the storage.  I cannot figure out how to access it.  There aren't any links on FiiO's site to download the manual.

You must be talking about the original X3, since it is the only one with internal memory. Connect the x3 to the computer via the usb cable. Navigate to the x3 and find the manual.

Sorry everybody--they're putting the final touches on the gen 2's full manual. In the meantime, one could perhaps refer to the X5 or X1 manual?
