How do I restart Rio Karma's charge cycle?

I just received my Rio Karma this afternoon and started the initial charge cycle. While it was charging, I hooked it up via the USB cable to transfer my mp3's. After the transferring was finished, I unhooked the Karma from the USB, but it stopped the charge cycle. I tried taking the Karma out of the dock and putting it back in, but it didn't re-start the charge.
Is there a way to restart the charge, or should I just use the Karma until the battery dies? There is no way the battery is at full charge, it was only charging for 1-1 1/2 hour.

Turn it off and insert the AC plug directly into the Karma's port (bypassing the dock altogether). A battery charging icon should appear if the battery is not in fact fully charged.

, I hadn't thought to try that. It shows a full charge, so I guess it's fully charged. Thanks.
