How come the audio of a PS4 or Xbox One's streamed/recorded gameplay footage sounds so rich and spacious?

I'm talking about when you stream or upload a video of your gameplay footage to YouTube or Twitch, and the audio of the stream sounds so rich and high quality, especially on Twitch. It sort of gives off a rich 3D sound. What technology is behind this, and can I get a DAC for my computer that can get me that type of audio for my music and such?

Thank you :)

Sounds so rich and high quality, compared to what?
What do you currently watch the game play on that makes the audio rich and high quality?

Just the audio from a Twitch or YouTube broadcast/video when you stream gameplay; the game audio sounds very rich when watching on YouTube or Twitch.
