I know 'pink noise' for speakers / cans, but what about amps (Hornet in my case)?

Pink noise, sine wave frequency sweep, square wave, or just plain music from iTunes hooked to the sound card? Thanks,

typically Amps get white noise..

honesty just having audio into the amp and some load in the headset input at a modest volume is all you need.
