After looking into this for a bit, I've come to the conclusion that I'm mentally dumb :frowning2:.

So here's what I have.
- Klipsch Promedia 2.1 Desktop Speakers
- Fiio E17
- Xbox 360 Slim
- Toslink cable

I have the 360 slim model, and I just bought a TOSLINK cable. But now I don't know what to do with it because the inputs don't fit in the 360. My E17 has an adapter tip which I think can be used to plug the TOSLINK cable into the S/PDIF IN opening on the E17 (I think). Do I need to get an adapter for the Xbox 360 Output as well?

If anyone can help or refer me to the things I need to buy to make this setup work, I would appreciate it very much! !!:)

Gotcha, thanks buddy. Turns out I didn't realize that the Toslink needed to snap into place behind the 360 lol.
