Hook me up assistance

This is really embarrassing but I'm going to ask anyway and it's a lot to ask. Better to look stupid then not ask the question. I'm REALLY good at "buying" equipment, "listening" to it and each day getting ever so closer to possessing an ear (s) of attaining an "almost" audiophile level of critique. But man, my techie skills are so lacking and to be quite blunt, I suck at it....bad!

I had no issues hooking up my Mimby>Jot>PC. Piece of cake. Then I added a Lyr 2 and SYS into the chain and I'm lost. I bought the SYS so I can switch back and forth between Jot and LYR instantaneously as I wanted some tube sound. I have all the necessary cables but the know how?.....you know the rest of the story.

Guys, if anyone would be ever so cool enough to literally step by step me through the process, you would be my best bud on this site forever. I know....oh boy!!!

I work all day today and would love to come home tonight (or any day moving forward) and be able to hook up, kick back and relax for an hour of two before retiring for the evening listening to my new setup.

Sure thing! Here is what you need to do:
1) USB/SPDIF from computer to Mimby

2) RCA from (Mimby Output) into (Sys Output)

This may seem wrong but you will use the Sys Labeled "Output" as the Input, and both Labeled "Inputs" as Outputs. Yes it can work in this reverse method

3) RCA from (Sys Input "A") into (Jotunheim Input)

3.1) RCA from (Sys Input "B") into (Lyr Input)

DAC connects to Sys output, then Sys inputs connect to inputs on the Jotunheim and Lyr2. Leave the Sys at max volume setting.

Doesn't seem like it makes sense but the Sys is a passive preamp/switcher. It works both ways. Also because it's a passive unit, all it does is attenuate the input signal. Set it to max so it just lets the signal through. Use the switch on the Sys to select output.

Thanx guys! So easy. Took me a whole minute and a half. I love the ease of swapping between the 2 amps. I definitely need to start rolling as stock tubes on the Lyr 2 sounds eerily close to the Jot. Currently I have a twin!
