Got the IHP-120 a couple of weeks ago but found the case rather ugly, lacking a belt clip (which I hook onto my pants, not being a belt person), not to mention leaving to much of the iRiver exposed ("Mug me!")
So I got a generic cell phone pouch (this one's branded Air Canada) and used wire to tie a belt clip to the belt loop by making small holes in the fabric of the loop. The loop is reinforced with a piece of plastic from an ice cream tub. The clip is from a dollar store tape measure. Taped up the wires with some electrical tape to prevent scratching. Works great...
