I just left my MG Head on for a while (went to see the Cirque du Soleil - absofrigginlutely amazing show; funny as heck too) with the Sylvie in - came back, and listened to the last movement of Dvorak's New World Symphony.

Now THAT's sound. I've never heard that much detail, that much LIFE. Crisp clean highs, great bass... It was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

If only the Sylvies weren't so rare, I'd keep the Head on all the time.

Man! Tubes can sound awsome, but sometimes we need a solid-state to give those tubes a break. Maybe a Meta42.
