Some people can't get through the holiday season without a fireplace. Some can't without an artificial fire playing in the plastic logs in the corner or fireplace video on TV channel -89.6. Taking it one step further, until all lith-ion batteries explode on order (maybe July 4th?), get fire on your iPod, etc. below. Seasons greetings and where's the mulled wine?

This might come in handy. Here in Hawaii, we are getting into the mid 60's. Now, that might not sound too bad to you, but usually year round its atlesat 75+, so everyone around here right now is dressed up in snow pants and parka's.

I spent a Christmas on Oahu. Maybe the "cold" weather will make those Santas-in-palm-trees displays make a little more sense.

Course I now live in California. Man, I miss snow this time of the year.

But how cold does it really feel curling up to your DAP playing fire?

Man that takes me back to the 70's watching the yule log on one side of the living room with the real fireplace on the other side of the living room.

Yeah it was -31F here recently and we always have a week or two of -40 where I work so that would help.
