Hi, actually we ever received the feedback that the Nexus 6P can work perfectly with the E18 by the USB 2.0 Type C to Micro USB adapter cable, and here is the related link (click here) shared by the user, and of course, it is for reference. 
To make a new kind of adapter cable or not, it depends on the market demand we received. We may make it in the future when there is a large market demand about it.
