man, would i be a generous person if i won that.
why cant we get powerball in CA...oh, i guess sunshine is a nice perk, too bad i havent seen any in a while.
i agree, a lot of the time i cant believe who wins those things, they often dont need it... but hey, lets hope he can make others' lives happy.
