HMD 414 pads for Grado?

I was actually after the HD414 pads but the local Senn distributor does not have them. They provided me with an alternative, the HMD 414 pads. They said that they are not yellow (good), they fit with the HD 414 (good) and cost 20$ (BAD).
Anyway, before making the trip to have a look at them, I was wondering if anybody knew anything about this HMD414 model. A quick google and headfi search yielded few results and no photos.
Is it a simple variant of the same can or a diferrent can altogether.

If it's any help, HMD series are headsets with a dynamic microphone, so it's a HD414 with a microphone attached. HME indicates electret microphone.
I'll say the only difference is the colour (e.g. yellow is hard to keep clean when it's used in broadcasting bussiness compared to black)
