So I got my BEyer dt880's in the mail today from Ebay, ..$360 CA
and my Meier-audio Corda Aria will be arriving in a few days..
I plugged them into my Sony microsystem, (cd player w/ speakers) for a second just to get a taste and I was instantly impressed.. even unamped these babies sound unreal
Does it hurt the headphones to try playing music through them unamped?
