they are fantastic, criminally underrated and unknown hereColor me intrigued (about the Soli P)!
I have the Lokius integrated into my setup and it works great. The Loki Max seems to be a much fancier version of this.I am sure that the Loki Max is well designed and preserves great sound quality. For me, I wouldn't mind adding a Loki or Lokius to my desktop system for when I want to tweak sound a bit. For instance, adding deeper bass for certain tracks or genre. But, for any serious EQ I am using Equalizer APO. If Schiit built Equalizer APO in a box and offered 12 filters and the other features of the Loki Max, I would buy it at any price.

I don't know that I have ever listened to EDM, but I am a fan of the P as well as the Sus for classic rock, jazz and 90's alternative. I think they are different enough to own both. I just added the LCD-5 a day ago and so far, I like it as well even with only a few hours of break-in.I think for my tastes so far the Solitaire P are the best EDM headphone I’ve heard. Better than 1266-TC which is great but the S-P to my hearing w/EDM are how the Susvara are to acoustic and vocals, just incredibly well rounded and so far have set the bar for me.

They (Solitaire-P) squeak like a mouse on meth though and the cups are so big the cables hit my shoulders so the fit is very reminiscent of the 1266-TC which makes them a no go for a daily for me, sadly.I don't know that I have ever listened to EDM, but I am a fan of the P as well as the Sus for classic rock, jazz and 90's alternative. I have been thinking of EQ for some time and the Lokius seems well reviewed and interesting but with 6-8 weeks for delivery, can I possibly wait that long to try these???I have the Lokius integrated into my setup and it works great. The Loki Max seems to be a much fancier version of this.
I may just go off the deep end and snag the Max. If I like it, it would save 3 presets for my 3 hp. I though the remote was silly but I suppose it would be nice to sit back and dial in EQ with the remote!

I may be lucky but have not heard any cup sound at all, mice or any other rodents!. I do see what you mean regarding the stock cable. The Norne S3 are a bit more flexible and do not hit my shoulders using the 5.

I do get some cable microphonics from techflex covered cables, but no cup noises from my P's.

I find the P fit to be extremely comfortable and the build quality exceptional....the only time I hear noise from the cups is when I wear my glasses...They (Solitaire-P) squeak like a mouse on meth though and the cups are so big the cables hit my shoulders so the fit is very reminiscent of the 1266-TC which makes them a no go for a daily for me, sadly.

Well this is certainly shaping up to be an excellent weekend!
Bonus shots next to the HE1000se:
There is one more part of the puzzle left before I reveal the Susvara experience here, but something tells me another fellow Brit here might be quite happy when it happens.
