Has anyone replace the brass the connectors on the cups of the headphone to a 'mini mono jacket" type

Current screw-on connectors is causing my custom cable to be twisted.

the 1st Y-section of the cable is able to maint straight however when screwing on the 2nd side of the Ysection of the cable will be twisted. To prevent this, I will need to twist the cable in the opposition direction for a couple of turn before screwing on. But this is not always perfect and resulted cable being stress.
Over time the cable will untwisted itself if not properly tightened.

The only solution I can think of is to replaced the currently the type of screw on connector to a mini jack, mono type

So I wondering, has anyone done this??
I had not even open the can ...

currently i own a hifiman300 and will be getting a He500 soon.

when back looking at the original cable by and notice the locking nut on both end are "floating", meaning the cables will not rotates when you turn the nut. the custom- made cable nuts were fixed and turning the nut will cause the cable...

my apology...
