Alright, so I have a bit of a predicament. 
 
I just purchased a second hand EF1, for $200:

 (this is an image I found on the internet, mine is still in transit)
 
 
 
The EF5, however, is close to $500 brand new:

 
 
 
 
The EF2, on the Head-Direct website, is currently $170. It has a built in USB DAC, and two tubes:

 
 
 
So, here is the confusing part.
 
In price, the product I just bought is close to the EF2 - But I paid more.
 
In aesthetics, the product I just bought is closer to the EF5 - But I paid less.
 
Which product is the EF1 closer to? My concern is that I either just got a really good deal, or that I should have just gone with the EF2.
 
Note: I am using this for the amp sections ONLY - they will be used as an output stage to my Aune T1. The DAC section of the EF2 is meaningless to me.

It helps.. But then again, I'd rather know specs and what exactly is different. But I won't pester them for such things, it's lovely of them to get back to me about it!
