I wish there were a guide for buying vintage amps. I'm confused by the process.

Did someone say Emotiva? This is my current budget bedside HE-6 rig.
Is there a speaker amp for ~$600 with 1/4-inch (or XLR) outputs? Emotiva seems to have discontinued most of their cheaper amplifiers: https://emotiva.com/products/emotiva/amplifiers-0 — though they never had direct connectors for headphones. I'd prefer to get something made by a non-defunct company.
It's not a speaker amp but this might do: Audio-gd NFB1-AMP
seems great, but how duplicative of the Mjolnir 2 is it—how much more power does it give HE-6 than trusty but ultimately meh current amp?
It's surprising how headphones like the HE-6 released 5 years ago sound SO good and I have yet to hear an IEM that even comes close. Headphones wise, I can easily retire with the HE-6 and Code-X (of course till upgraditis hits). The question is, when my hunt for an IEM will end.
Picked up my 6s second hand a little while back. Is this foam mod something that comes standard with them or did the previous owner likely add this? ?tks
