What a terrible moment! .. the arc plastic part that hold the right cup of my hifiman he 560 is broken, because i'm italian i also don't know what's the what's the right name of that part please and do you have any idea how to buy a replacement please?

It's called a yoke or gimbal, and you will need to request a replacement headband from HiFiMan customer service. If you send them a photo of the damage along with your receipt, it will shave a day or two off the process. It's a well-known problem, so it should be an easy process. If it's in warranty (and it probably is), it will be free. It only took me a week to get mine, but, of course, I'm not in Italy. Hopefully, it's just as fast for you. Godspeed!

It’s called a yoke...hifiman will replace them if under warrantee, or you can buy them from hifiman, they also may or may not have metal yokes which should be more durable, you would have to discuss that with them...in the aftermarket a user on this thread named pauldgroot 3D prints yokes that people have had great luck with, may be with messaging him

Yes I didnt know.. my bad .. the broken yoke upset me too much :p
