There are far better choices than the Bose TriPort headphones, especially for their price. You know, the TriPorts cost $150 - but sounds more like an average $25 set of headphones.

What are you looking for in headphones Satoon? Do you want open or closed headphones? What kind of music do you listen to? Do you have a budget, like is $150 your absolute max or can you go higher or do you want to go lower? What kind of audio devices would you be using this with? With enough ideas of what you are looking for and what you have, people around here will be able to make good suggestions for you.

I'm interesting for close headphone. For about 6-7 hours per day, I would sit down in front of my computer and listen to music, and some serious gaming. I willing to spend around 200$ Max for my new headphone. I'm using Soundblaster Audigy 2 on my PC. I was own Rumble FX headphone, it actually provided quite good sound quality, but that headphone it way toooo heavy. I also got RCA wireless headphone, it horrible. So, I'm asking for you guys help, please recommend me some headphone that fit my specification. Thanks alot ya'll!!! Thank DLP for your kindness.

You sound like just the man to join Team Audio-Technica! The ATH-A900 is in your ballpark. In my opinion there is no better fully closed, all-round headphone in this price category. It is quite heavy (about the same weight as the Sony DJ phones) but it is extremely comfortable. Go to Audiocubes.com and do a search for ATH-A900 under the Audiophile headphone section.
There's also the Sennheiser HD280, which is closed and would work for everything you want (and is much cheaper) but it can have quite a lean, almost uninvolving sound off some unamplified sources (computer soundcards for example). It is more portable than the ATH-A900 if that's important, as the HD280's fold up.

Ummm... NO!

For that price you can grab a HD-590s and for less than $100 you can get the HD-280 which will offer better overall performance than those tripods.

Go with the Sennheiser hd-590, and they will not disappoint!

Unlike your rumblefx (which I have tried long ago), these things are only 9.4 ounces! I use mine out of my laptop sound card, and they sound great...so your audigy will make it sound even better.

I would not recommend getting the TriPort. When I heard it, I thought it sounded rather muffled and incoherent; it had a sound similar to that of the Sony V600, albeit it sounded perhaps a tad thinner and maybe a touch clearer. IMO, the TriPort would sound pretty mediocre for $70, but paying $150 for them is a crime.

I have the Bose Triports and I use them with my Panasonic discman and the 4.5 volts Total Airhead, and I think they sound great. The sound is balanced, the highs are crisp, the mids are good and the bass is awesome. Keeping in mind these are closed headphones it is normal to miss the airy sound of open headphones and liquid mids, but overall they are great in their own right.

OK, what do you think of the SR325? I think it might be nice to have a point of reference of your preferences. It may be time for Bose to hand out lawsuits to half of Head-Fi if this is true

The Grados SR-325 are great headphones, excellent highs, wonderful airy mids, bad mid bass ( bass guitar) and good low bass. On the other hand even though they are not uncomfortable IMHO, you just take them off after a while........they might be a little heavy.......

However much I love my 590s, they do not meet his specifications because they are very open and leak sound like a mother.

Why not get some Beyer phones? I'm not sure of the model number, but there is a great closed phone.
