HFA Dahlia

There is a new brand that has gotten some talk after CanJam SoCal 2024, the HFA Dahlia. Making a dedicated thread for it so people can share impressions and talk about the Dahlia. I have ordered one that is shipped next month in November, Dahlia is still pre order.

Information and some photos from the product page:

I absolutely love the look of this headphone…also the provided frequency response…so much so that I went ahead and ordered one..but sadly couldn’t as they don’t ship to Denmark🥲
I hope you dig your new headphone Leonarfd - please share your thoughts once it arrives👍

Thanks for making this thread @Leonarfd - Pre-ordered these after seeing some glowing impressions from community members and speaking with Nick about some of the design and fit aspects.

Right now all my listening is on my ZMFs, which I love, but I have also been thinking about a complementary headphone that really prioritizes comfort & weight, while still sounding great (My 6XX is light, but I don't actually find it that comfortable). I had considered grabbing a used 800s but wasn't confident I'd be satisfied with the tuning. With the Dahlia looking to be a super comfortable, light, all-day headphone with adjustable tuning, ability to swap in various ZMF pads and good scalability...I had to give them a try. Also helps I think they look awesome.

I'm really hopeful the comfort lands with me; I've had issues with other headphones that people seem to almost universally love comfort-wise (looking at you, 109 pro) but I'm optimistic with the pad flexibility & ring design these have a great shot. Only a few weeks left to wait.. 🥲

From Canjam coverage by Bloom audio; some show floor footage at the HFA booth followed by an interview with Nick (timestamped to segment at 1:50):

This looks amazing. I was very interested in DMS project Omega, but to me, this looks like a more attractive option. Also, Auribus Acoustics Sierra is in the same price range. Has anyone had the chance to do a comparison between the three?
