Yeah, I had time.gov hovering in a small window, and pressed the comfirm button a few milliseconds after it turned to 12:00. I'd guess that probably most of us did the same thing, and it just came down to our connection and which one got through the servers first. Mine was taking a long time process too, but I was too paranoid to press it more than once because I thought it might reset my place in the queue.

What a rollercoaster morning.
