Just wanted to give that shout-out, because I know a few here who like playing computer games, and then a few more who like (killing) zombies.

Great game to play if you can get 4 mates together, otherwise you'll always be stuck with at least one retard who runs off ahead of you all then sets off the car alarm!

Actually L4D is not all that intensive on the laptop. A mid price machine can run it fairly well on low detail. The gameplay is what its all abt. If your comp can run Half Life 2 or team fortress 2, then you can play L4D.

Its a fantastic game, I am having hours of fun playing it with steam buddies. If you like any FPS game, or you are extremely frustrated by online gaming thanks to ppl who just sit and play games all day and make it no fun for the occasional gamer, this is one game you will love cos its fully co-op and everyone gets an equal chance to suck or be good at it.

Well, just bought it and downloading now. My nickname is Blazeops if anyone wants to add me. I haven't played in awhile but may warm up with some TF2 later.

Even though I am a die-hard pc gamer, I would highly recommend getting it for the Xbox 360. You will get games going real quick and 90% they will have a mic so you can communicate (extremely valuable in order to complete each chapter)...Unless you have plenty of friends to play with on steam...
