HELP

I have no idea what the point of an amp is, let alone what it is.
All i know is that all of you have one and apparently it makes stuff sound better. please recomend a cheap one to me. THANK YOU

It would make it easier for people to recommend an amp if they know what headphones you are using and whether it will be used with a computer, mp3 player etc.

I use Shure E5C, with laptop or ipod mini.
